As we all know India has one of the youngest populations in the world & approximately over 50% of our population spans below 30 years of age group. Going by these statistics there could be more than 18 crore of children fall into the 0-6 years segment. So there has to be a plan on how to cater to this huge segment of children; answer is simple that pre-schools can reach out to every luke & corner of the country; as setting up full-fledge schools in all smaller cities are not financially viable.
